Job Responsibilities: The Training Department Investigator Trainer is responsible for creating, delivering and monitoring investigator field training, including instructor-led, ride-alongs and mentoring. The Investigator Trainer provides direct oversight of all investigator field training. The position requires an ability to write and maintain training materials, procedures and reports. The Investigator Trainer works within the ADC Academy to deliver aspects of the training. This position requires regular communication with all personnel. It also requires coordination and attendance of planning and implementation meetings. The Investigator Trainer must be able to travel and negotiate different areas of the United States and its territories.

This position Reports directly to the Executive Vice President, works closely with ADC LTD NM Corporate Executives, and directly with Government Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTRs), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) site Area Technical Representatives (ATRs).
We are seeking a Program Manager who enjoys working independently but collaboratively in team environment within a fast-paced and dynamic company. This position will be located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with an estimated 20%-25% travel to the various East Coast States.
This is a full-cycle program contract management position, which requires knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and FAR supplements and other Government contracting issues. The candidate selected will ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment of contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide Management and Oversight of all current and future Site Managers (Captains) under the Eastern Service Area (ESA) Contract; currently 26 sites with approximately 300 Full Time and Part Time employees, providing Physical Security in 14 East Coast States
Provide daily Guidance and Advise to Site Managers (Captains) on ADC Corporate requirements, policies, procedures, rights, and obligations under the contract terms
Review contract terms and conditions for completeness and consistency with corporate standards
Work with Site Managers (Captains) to ensure Security Officers are following post orders and contractual terms and conditions
Ensure Compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and FAR supplements and other Government contracting issues
Ensure Compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA’s), and actively participate in Union negotiations, investigations, charges, disputes, and resolutions to ensure best value for the Government and ADC LTD NM
Issues contractual correspondence including evaluating and responding to Government requests
Attends meeting and briefings with Government customers and ADC LTD NM Executives including Government quarterly Program Management Review (PMR) preparation and presentation
Provide input and support for Contractual Price Adjustments, Task Orders, Contractual Funding, Annual Obligations (De-Obligations) including review and analysis of solicitations for Temporary and Emergency Support Services, terms and conditions determinations
Has the ability to address complex Human Resource related matters and recommend solutions to specific staffing and retention challenges
Monitor performance, funding, and payments on assigned contract Task Orders.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Business or other relevant fields preferred
A minimum of 10 years of professional Federal acquisition experience required.
Demonstrated Program Management experience with federal contracting including operations and sustainment.
Strong Leadership and Program/Project Management Skills
Exercise sound judgment in a politically sensitive environment
General management consulting skills and ability to interact with clients
Ability to maintain US government security clearance
Ability to travel to customer work sites.

Assistant Credential Manager/Clearance Office

Position Summary: The Assistant Credential Manager is responsible for creating, disseminating and processing of Investigator Packets and credentials. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assembling, editing, and formatting investigator packets for use by several federal agencies to determine the qualification of an individual attempting to obtain a security clearance and credentials. The Assistant Credential Manager assists the Credential Manager in all activities in the Clearance Office in relation to securing Contract Investigators (CI) and ensuring the completion and maintenance of an employee's clearance status. The Assistant Credential Manager will be dually responsible for the tracking, processing and compliance of credentials to be used on ADC contracts as assigned by the Credential Manager. The Assistant Credential Manager will assume the duties of the Credential Manager in his absence and will be responsible to maintain a consistent flow of work in the department.

Job Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant II in the Clearance Office is responsible the processing of clearance paperwork, maintenance of investigator personnel records, responding to investigator general inquiries or external/internal inquires to an investigators status, clearance verification's, clearance terminations and overall clearance compliance for ADC LTD NM. The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for auditing clearance records to ensure ADC is meeting clearance requirements as mandated by the federal government. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assembling, editing, and formatting investigator packets, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all investigator/employee information on an electronic database, processing visit requests through JPAS, requesting access requests for investigators and employees, providing follow-ups to any processes and/or status updates to ADC investigators and employees, high volume scanning and file maintenance.
